Overview The project will develop and evaluate a prototype process support system for mobile work built on top of existing components. The mobile work system prototype will be: • Model-driven to support rapid tailoring of work processes to utilise technology changes and to reflect changing requirements at the organisation, group and user levels. • Multi-channel to support coordinated use of multiple types of mobile devices and other computing equipment in a single work process
